December Wellbeing
For the five Mondays in December, I will be offering an online course exploring ways to become more embodied – to come out of the head and into the body.
Many people find this time of year particularly challenging. Whether that be worrying about money, time or lack of time with family, feeling lonely or being alone, navigating difficult relationships with food and alcohol, unable to think clearly or make healthy decisions that support us.
This course is designed to help us pause and take care of ourselves.
In these sessions, we will…
- Breathe, move, visualise, meditate and journal to experience what it is we really feel and need.
- Use the principles of the Wheel of Consent and NVC (Non-Violent Communication) to explore ways to get those needs met.
- Learn the basics of Polyvagal Theory to help us understand the various nervous system states that we occupy and ways to self-regulate.
You will also have, included in the price, an online, one-to-one, 50-minute session with me, where you can explore more deeply anything that is arising for you.*

This is a personal wellbeing course and is not psychotherapy, treatment or professional training.
The optional 1:1 support session offers a private space to explore your experience more deeply. It is a space for reflection connected to the course, and not a psychotherapy session.
